The open kitchen and dining area is fully stocked with modern appliances, including a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, and more. Enjoy meals around the farmhouse-style table with seating for eight or at the breakfast bar for two. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Guests can rent beach chairs and umbrellas from a local beach service exclusive to this beach access. An optional 6-passenger golf cart rental is available for easy beach trips. Parking is permitted for up to three vehicles in the driveway and garage only. A maximum of two house-trained dogs are allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet fee, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Nestled in the gated community of Paradise Retreat, this apartment is just 300 yards from private gated beach access. Enjoy the tranquility of a family-friendly neighborhood while being close to local restaurants and a Dollar General for last-minute items. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are popular, and grocery delivery is available through SHIPT or Instacart. Beach Liquors offers alcohol delivery for added convenience. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed. Parking on the street, over the sidewalk, or for trailers, RVs, box trucks, and watercraft is not permitted and may result in towing and fees. Noise ordinances are in effect at 10:00 PM sharp. Events and parties are not allowed, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee, and impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense. Trash must be taken to the curb on designated days, and failure to do so may result in additional charges. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will incur additional cleaning fees.
