About 75 Cabrini Blvd New York, NY 10033
*NO FEE* / Brokers: *CYOF* 75-81 Cabrini is a family owned and operated sixty-unit prewar structure that is located in the popular and preferred area of Hudson Heights. The management is kindly responsive and there is an in-house resident superintendent. This first floor sunshiny and smartly designed two-bedroom flat is ideal in many respects. Cabrini Boulevard spans the Manhattan neighborhood of Hudson Heights, running from West 177th Street in the south, neighboring the George Washington Bridge, to Fort Tryon Park in the north, along an escarpment of Manhattan schist overlooking the Henry Hudson Parkway and the Hudson River. Hudson Heights is a residential subsection of the Washington Heights area of Upper Manhattan, New York City. The neighborhood is located on a plateau on top of a high bluff overlooking both the Hudson River on the west and the Broadway valley of Washington Heights on the east, and includes the highest natural point in Manhattan, located in Bennett Park At the northern end of the neighborhood, where Cabrini Boulevard meets Fort Washington Avenue at Margaret Corbin Circle, is Fort Tryon Park, conceived by John D. Rockefeller Jr., designed by the Olmstead Brothers, and given to the city by Rockefeller in 1931. The park contains within it The Cloisters – also conceived of by Rockefeller – which houses the Medieval art collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Many small shops are located on West 181st Street at the southern end of the neighborhood, and all along Broadway near to its border. In the middle of the neighborhood itself, there is a small shopping area at West 187th Street between Cabrini Boulevard and Fort Washington Avenue. Local transportation: "A" and 1 trains as well as the M4 and M98 Express bus. A reasonable option in a undisclosed saturated market of others, I would be delighted to introduce you! https://www.magisto.com/video/Mgc7QwVcJwgwBS4PZjp_CnM?l=vsm&o=w&c=c&u=c
