Fully furnished with 42 inch TV, comfy bed, adequate drawer space, table and two chairs with ocean view, small kitchen with two burner cooktop and full size fridge, also has full size sofa. Lanai with lovely view of ocean and palace with lots of plants and friendly geckos. Unit has wonderful tradewind breezes so you will rarely need A/C. This is my home part of the year so plenty of appliances and fully equipped kitchen. Parking for one vehicle is available. There is a swimming pool and hot tub, also barbecue area. Laundry facilities are on site. There are blackout curtains if you're a late sleeper or night shift. I would like to rent through November but would consider a little shorter or longer. This is not a party bldg. There is a nice mix of older and younger adults with a few children. All utilities are included including cable and internet.
