Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am. If your lifestyle is noisy - loud TV, parties, music, speaker phone calls late at night, gaming, etc., unfortunately the cottage is not in the right neighborhood for this. Quiet lifestyle is a must! Additional details: • 400 square ft. main room with additional 200 square ft. of lanai under roof, screened and carpeted • Full kitchen with gas stove and oven, microwave and toaster oven • Granite countertop, tile floors, and custom woodwork • Floor-to-ceiling tiled shower • Unit is fully insulated for temperature regulation • Generous outside patio area • Exclusive storage shed - use of a lockable, 9x8 storage shed for your use • Photos were taken prior to existing tenants, when vacant. Recent improvements include repainted exterior to a light green, updated fan, new stove.
