Drinks should not be put on the surface of furniture, and coasters are provided to prevent damage. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location. No additional people will stay in the unit than the number reserved without notification and approval. The guest must complete a Property Condition form within 48 hours of arrival and pay all fees and expenses for any repairs or services due to the guest’s fault or actions.
