About This Property
This cute and clean house is situated in downtown Fairbanks, just 5 minutes from the Fort Wainwright gate. I lived here comfortably with two friends before getting married, and now we are renting it out. 6 month lease with possibility for renewal. Rent is $1750 per month which includes heat and garbage service. Water and Electric utilities will be the renter's responsibility to pay directly to the respective service companies (these combined utilities usually cost me about $100 - $200 / month additionally depending on usage) . We are requiring a $1750 security deposit, $200 pet cleanup deposit, and application with references from 2 previous landlords. There are two floors, with a bedroom each, plus a spacious finished basement with egress window, which works well as an additional bedroom, and one bathroom (with walk in tub and Jacuzzi jets). There is additional storage space in the basement as well. The house is almost fully furnished including kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, two twin beds, etc... but if you wanted to bring your own furniture we could remove anything you don't want. Parking is on the street, but we often park on the lawn too. Wheelchair access ramp and walk-in tub. Contact me with any questions.
