About 746 N Citrus Ave Los Angeles, CA 90038
My 1920's Spanish style house is located in one of the most desirable areas of LA, the Hollywood's Media district. Walking distance to celebrated restaurants, galleries and newly revamped La Brea Avenue with it's many high end retail stores and restaurants. Historical Hancock Park is around the corner - offering safe, wide, shaded treelined streets for walks & jogs. The back room, originally the large master bedroom, is currently being used as a large home office with it's wonderful light and view onto the backyard. I converted the garage into an art studio / office/ guest room. This can be part of the rental agreement with an added rent of $300 per month. PLEASE NOTE: this space is connected to yet another space that is currently being rented as an office/day use. It is accessed thru the alleyway only so there is no interaction with the renter. Also, a few things to consider: There is no AC, dishwasher, or window screens-With the endless windows, the temperature is always lovely. My kitchen is clean, super functional and cute but has not been remodeled for those that want a modern kitchen. I can rent the house partially furnished or not. Flexible about this as well as terms of the lease. Happy to consider pets but there might be an additional pet fee.

City - Los Angeles
In theory, the puzzle pieces that make up Los Angeles shouldn't fit together: rugged mountains and the crashing waves along the coast. A laid-back surf culture and high-powered executives rushing along in suits. Vegan tacos from a food truck and the world's top-rated, five-star restaurants. Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Chinatown. Somehow, the pieces do fit, locking together to form a seamless city that is completely original and totally LA.
By moving to a Los Angeles apartment, you'll get to experience the busy city and the laid-back beach vibe, the great shopping, the amazing food, and (of course) those celebrity sightings. Go hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains, Griffith Park, and Topanga State Park, enjoy the rides and shows at Universal Studios Hollywood, see stars along the legendary Hollywood Walk of Fame, and go on an art walk or stop in to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
