The interior entry door to this unit is equipped with a Yale smart lock that can be locked or unlocked from the keypad or your smartphone. An additional security latch on the door keeps you safe while sleeping in the room. All tenants have access to the house through the front door, garage door and patio door; all of which are equipped with Yale smart-locks and are opened by keypad or smartphone. This unit, and all units, have blinds and blackout curtains on the windows. Although this is not a large room there is plenty of room for a reasonable amount of clothes. The occupancy of this unit and all units is restricted to one person, with the exception of unit-1 Houston which has an occupancy of two people and a private bathroom. This unit is fully furnished with all utilities paid. Free streaming is available but tenants must pay for any paid subscription service like Hulu or Netflix if desired. High speed WiFi is strong throughout the house and in this bedroom. Google mini speakers are available in every bedroom which tenants may use for smart-home control, setting alarms, playing music, playing sleep inducing sounds to help you go to sleep, setting reminders and many other uses. All tenants have access to the common areas in the house that include the upstairs office area with an all-in-one printer, kitchen, dining room, living room with a large screen smart TV with Chromecast streaming, the bar area with a desktop computer and bar, washer and dryer in the laundry room, tenant storage and an ironing board are available in the garage. All tenants are given a starter package of toiletries. If available, tenants may purchase (for an additional $100 per month) the right to park in one of the two parking spots in the garage. Any such tenants will be able to open the garage remotely using their smartphone. The parking spots are made available on a first-come-first serve basis. All of the common areas receive a deep clean once per month and at every unit turnover the unit is deep cleaned and prepped for the new tenant.
