This villa offers a living area, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, a free washer and dryer, and outdoor pool loungers. Enjoy the private pool, with optional heating. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please kindly let us know at least one week prior to check-in date, and we will arrange to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day for the entirety of the stay. Make sure payment for this amenity is made at least one week prior to check-in date otherwise we cannot guarantee we'll be able to accommodate your request. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Check-out time is 10AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Firearms are not allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle.
