SMALL DOG (25 LBS. OR LESS) OR INDOOR CAT ALLOWED. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. COMMUNITY POOL. THIS IS LOCATED IN A 55 PLUS PARK WHICH MEANS THAT ONE RENTER MUST BE 55 AND THE OTHER AT LEAST 40. Located in the friendly and safe community of Sunshine Lake Estates. Close to shopping, churches, restaurants and beaches. Only 55 minutes to Tampa International Airport. The park requires that all residents go through a background and credit check before moving in. Two people may share the rent. THE PARK REQUIRES ONE RESIDENT OF THE HOUSEHOLD MUST BE AT LEAST 55 AND THE OTHER 40 OR OLDER. Good credit and income is required. Small Dogs (under 25 lbs.) or inside cats are allowed. Must be well-behaved and have all shots. THIS PARK IS MOTORCYCLE FRIENDLY, but is is a very quiet park. THIS UNIT IS UNFURNISHED. This is a beautiful home with two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. It is a split floorplan so each bedroom has privacy. There are a washer and dryer inside the home. The large kitchen has room for a table and chairs and the kitchen opens to the living room where there is an electric fireplace. Plenty of room to park two vehicles in the carport All electric and plumbing are in perfect condition. The roof is solid with no leaks. The park has a community center and HEATED SWIMMING POOL and is MOTORCYCLE FRIENDLY. Included in the rent is sewer, water, lawn maintenance, rent paid to the park, garbage pickup twice a week and use of the pool and clubhouse. The people in this park are very friendly and there are many planned social events at the clubhouse for you to enjoy if you want to join in. You pay for electric and cable, tv and phone. TO MOVE IN: I NEED ONE MONTH'S SECURITY $1300 AND THE FIRST MONTH'S RENT $1300 .TOTAL: $2600. THE PARK CHARGES ME $10 PER MONTH PER PET, SO I HAVE TO PASS THAT ALONG TO YOU IN THE RENT. EXTRA SECURITY NEEDED FOR PETS: $150 PER PET. The park is close to shopping, Tarpon Springs, several banks and the post office. You are within minutes of lots of great stores including the new Village at Mitchell Ranch mall with over 50 stores including Sprouts, ULTA, restaurants, and Michael's. The Tampa airport is about 35 minutes away. Beaches are about 20 minutes away.
