The fully equipped kitchen connects easily to the main living areas, making shared meals simple and unhurried. Stainless steel appliances and a dining table support both quick breakfasts and longer dinners. Indoor and outdoor dining areas give you flexibility throughout the day. Enjoy time around the pool, which is available with optional heating for $35 per day. Outdoor seating and pool loungers offer a place to relax between activities, while the BBQ grill provides another way to gather over meals. A hot tub is also listed among the outdoor amenities. Free parking is provided on the premises, with additional free street parking available. Located within Reunion Resort, this home is within a fun-filled luxury gated community. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. [SI]
