5. You will be contacted by Villas of Palomino Association via First Service Property Management (2950 N. 28th Terrace, Hollywood, FL 33020) to schedule screening.
6. After final approval at screening, meet in person at the unit to submit cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal for first and last month's rent and security deposit.
