Mobile Home Lot for Rent - Missoula Plum Property Management is offering a single-wide mobile home lot for rent in Missoula. The lot is situated in a highly desirable and well-maintained neighborhood and within a 5-minute drive to downtown Missoula, connecting you to many amenities and restaurants. The mobile home park is located near public transportation. This lot may accommodate a 14x60, a 14x66, or possibly a 16x60 sized mobile home. Plum Property Management recommends T&E Services Mobile Home Moving and Setup to measure and move your mobile home. Please contact T&E Services directly for measurement scheduling. Mobile home park accepts mobile homes of 1990 or newer only. All tenants must be pre-approved by Plum Property Management before moving a mobile home onto the lot. Approved tenants are responsible for ensuring their mobile home fits on the lot and can connect to the necessary hookups without any issues before signing a rental agreement. Tenants are responsible for all moving expenses, including hookup costs, as well as gas, electricity, cable/internet services for their mobile home. Lot rent includes sewer/storm water. Tenants are responsible for a $50.00 monthly water and garbage utility fee. Tenants are also responsible for lawn care and snow removal of the lot. Dogs and cats are welcome, with a maximum of two pets per lot. Proof of mobile home insurance is required at lease signing. The lease term is a month-to-month lot agreement.
