Tenant pays for gas and electricity. Owner pays water. Renter's insurance is required to move in. No smoking permitted in unit or on the balcony. The unit will be available to rent September 1st (Maybe earlier). Co-signers & Guarantors must meet the same income requirements with no prior negative payment history and have a credit score in excess of 700.
