About 740 13th St Manhattan Beach, CA 90266

I'm renting an unfurnished bedroom in my 2+1 apartment located in the heart of Manhattan Beach just 5 short blocks to the pier. It's on a month to month basis tho' I'm looking for a longer term commitment. Room is approx. 10x13 with a closet that runs the length of one wall. There's lots of storage in the upper area of the closet and more in the hallway and bathroom. The room has high open beam ceilings, with a West facing window. I'm looking for someone who is comfortable sharing a Med./Lrg single bathroom with lots of storage and a lock ... so privacy isn't an issue. This is a great space. Swimming Pool on premises. Half utilities run under $75. Manhattan Beach is a smoke-free community and ordinances are in place preventing smoking within the city limits. $30 background check fee on all apps. after viewing.
