The Local Loft is ideally situated just a 5-10 minute walk from restaurants, bars, and shops, and a 35-minute drive from downtown Calgary (Stampede). For those looking to explore further, it's a 25-minute drive to High River Hospital and South Health, and a 1.5-hour drive to Banff. Surrounded by nature and frequent deer sightings, this is a peaceful retreat just outside the city. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please remove your shoes at the entranceway, and note that no overnight guests are allowed unless included in the booking. A clean home is a happy home, so please clean your dishes before you go. If the home is left in an exceptionally messy state, a $60 fee will be charged for every extra hour of cleaning required. Early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional $50 per hour, subject to approval and availability. Pets are allowed with a pet fee, and smoking indoors or near windows is prohibited, resulting in a $1000 fee for violations. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed, with a $1000 fee for misbehavior. Be mindful of water use with more than two people, as the hot water is minimal.
