Best of Kendall. Toscano is without a doubt my favorite building in the Kendall area. Located in east Kendall you are minutes away from Pinecrest and just a short drive to the Gables, Grove and more. Easy access to major highways. The 7355 building is the smaller of the two towers. the benefit of this building is that you have the gym, sauna and courtyard here. The pool area is located in the other building and just steps away. Its a wonderful area you will come to enjoy. The unit includes a washer/dryer and you also have one assigned parking space.
