About This Property
Welcome to this completely updated Mobile Home, located in scenic Laurel Lakes, NJ. This home is located on a large lot with plenty of parking space available. Inside, the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen features new luxury vinyl plank flooring, paint and an updated kitchen. Just beyond the kitchen is the laundry room with hook ups and the updated full bath. The Primary Bedroom is located just beyond the bathroom and features loads of natural light and fresh paint. On the other side of the home are two smaller guest rooms. Tenant is responsible for all appliances. Any existing appliances are As-Is. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including a reimbursement fee of $100 a month for well and septic maintenance.
