House has washer and dryer hookups, fenced yard, and includes off street parking. House is close to campus. Lease Terms: Rent is $925 per month and includes garbage, and landscaping. $25 per month water charge. Security deposit is $925. Pets considered with additional $300 deposit (no dangerous breeds, no pets over 40lbs, no pets under 1 year old). Tenant liability insurance required. Lease through May 31, 2019 RESERVATION PROCEDURES: To reserve a property a holding deposit in the amount of $500 is required. This holding deposit is non-refundable at time of receipt and will only be refunded if applications are not approved. A holding deposit is required before any applications will be accepted. Holding deposits are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. A holding deposit is the only way that you may reserve a place in line for a property. You may place a holding deposit sight unseen. Holding deposits may also be paid at our office in the form of personal check, cashier's check or money order. No cash is accepted. If a holding deposit has already been placed you may place a backup holding deposit to be placed next in line. Backup holding deposits are fully refundable at anytime unless your application is moved into the 1st position. Backup holding deposits may only be paid in office. WAITLIST: if you are added to our waitlist we are either waiting on times available to see a property or there may be a holding deposit already placed on the property. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a reservation for a property nor does it reserve a place in line. If you are added to our waitlist you will be notified immediately when we have a showing schedule or if the property has been rented. Everyone on the waitilist will be notified at the same time.
