The apartment is freshly painted with refinished hardwood floors. Brand new light fixtures throughout apartment with light/fan fixtures in each bedroom and dining room area. The kitchen has a moveable island with a place for bar stools to become an eat-in breakfast area (the island is also removable if preferred). There is also laundry hook up in the basement. Contains central air and forced heat. The location has a keyless entry with code. The location provides residents easy access to shopping, pharmacies, & City Parks. Willmore Park is located directly across the street with Francis Park about 1/2 mile. Do you want to have some flexibility and not always worry when life happens? You can enjoy the perks of renting without having to commit to a 12 or 18-month lease. We offer month-to-month tenancy! We have long-term tenants as a result which range from 1 year to 12 years. This is a non-smoking building with pets allowed (large or small). Tenant pays for electric, gas, cable, etc. Owner pays for water and sewer. There is an attached garage where one car is allowed; extra cars could be parked in front of the building. Security deposit is one month's rent at $1100.
