The kitchen has a moveable island with a place for bar stools to become an eat-in breakfast area (the island is also removable if preferred). There is also laundry hook up in the basement. Contains central air and forced heat. The location has a keyless entry with code. The location provides residents easy access to shopping, pharmacies, & City Parks. Willmore Park is located directly across the street with Francis Park about 1/2 mile. Do you want to have some flexibility and not always worry when life happens? You can enjoy the perks of renting without having to commit to a 12 or 18-month lease. We offer month-to-month tenancy! We have long-term tenants as a result which range from 1 year to 12 years. This is a non-smoking building with pets allowed (large or small). Tenant pays for electric, gas, cable, etc. Owner pays for water and sewer.
