SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY: This is your chance to live on the lake. Available starting December 1st and you can rent up to 6 months (2 months minimum) during the winter offseason. That is why the price is so attractive. We are looking to rent our fully furnished beautiful home on Lake Coeur d' Alene during the offseason for 6 months for the right renter (will consider 2 months plus if that is all. you can commit to). We use this ourselves during the summer, but we are looking to find something more steady for the right person who wants this great location during the colder winter months. We are pricing it accordingly. Please note, the dock will not be there during the winter as all docks on the main channel are moved during the winter due to large ice coming down the main channel of the lake. We are looking for someone to rent for 6 months between December 1 (2020) - May 31 (2021). This has to be the right fit for the home since it does have a driveway that can be tricky during the winter, so you would need a 4 wheel drive and be willing to use a snowblower on the driveway during the winter months. Or we can have the property manager work with you to have a service come to plow the driveway after snows, but that would be an additional cost that you would incur. Rockford Bay Rd. is plowed and maintained by the city throughout the winter and is kept in good shape, so that is nice, but the driveway would need some effort. It is slightly steep and has a good turn in it, so the 4 wheel drive is not a suggestion but a requirement. When we have used it in the winter we just use a shovel and it is a lot of work and if things get deep, then we just park at the top and walk down; I just want to be very transparent that this is an incredible house, but this is an issue during the winter to be aware of. The home is beautiful and it comes fully furnished for you to enjoy. Only 22 minutes to downtown Coeur d' Alene. Spokane airport is only 1 hour away. 2 fantastic ski resorts are both less than 2 hours away (Schweitzer and Silver Mountain). The Coeur d' Alene Casino is only 20 minutes away. We are looking to find the right renter who can use it for the 6 months and treat it like their own home since we have put so much love into it. Security Deposit - $1,500 Rent - $3,900/month + $150 (covers all utilities and high speed internet)
