Double cased opening to the eating area off the kitchen. Also off of the other end of the kitchen, there is a laundry room with washer/dryer "connections only", and another storage room off of/behind that, both with lots of shelving and storage options for pantry use (2nd refrigerator, etc.). Kitchen has granite counter tops and use of a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave (above range/built in). The master bathroom has a stand up shower only, and the 2nd bathroom has a standard bathtub/shower combo. This home has central heat and air, and ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom. There is a large rocking chair front porch, and nice backyard views. Tenant is responsible for their own utilities and the yardcare, there is approx. 1 1/2 acre. There are two (2) "out buildings" that are included and can be used by tenants; a small well house with some shelving and a cement block double garage building (dirt floor). A small storage room is off of the double garage with concrete floor. No power in or to either building; if tenant needs or wants power it would have to be at their expense with a licensed and insured electrician AND with our/owners prior approval. These may be used by tenants "AS IS" ONLY and "At Your Own Risk (i.e. parking, storage, personal hobby workshop, etc.). It is not known to have any active roof leaking in those. It is recommended that a tenant purchase "renters insurance" and provide their own locks for same. Any and all personal items must be stored inside these buildings, and/or a maximum of 1 or 2 enclosed trailers (no longer than 12 feet long and pulled by regular passenger type vehicle/truck only). This property is being leased as a RESIDENCE ONLY and includes the "yard" directly around the residence itself along with access to the property. No campers, No boats, No Hunting, No Shooting, No Fishing, No Camping, etc. is permitted. No ATVs, No go carts, No motorcycles, etc. are allowed to be ridden on the property. While property may be secluded and/or on a larger than normal parcel, use and restrictions are similar in nature to those of a home in a subdivision with an active HOA (Home Owners Association) and/or similar covenants and conditions that typically exist with homes in neighborhoods that are on typical size residential lots. This property is located just outside of Winder and convenient to I-85 and Hwy 316; off of a quiet street, and currently has relaxing backyard views of woods/pasture/ currently undeveloped land behind this property.
