The half bath is downstairs with the kitchen and living area. Both bedrooms are upstairs and the full bath is in the middle. There is plenty of closet space in this unit. One bedroom has a walk-in closet and there is a linen closet at the top of the stairs. There is also a small patio at the front of the unit large enough for a small table and a couple of chairs. Each unit comes with one assigned parking space that is in a carport. We have two seasonal pools and on-site laundry rooms for your convenience. We are a Pet-Friendly community with an additional pet deposit of $500 each and monthly Pet Rent. Dogs are $50 per dog per month, and cats are $35 per cat per month. Dogs have breed restrictions.
