Newer flooring in Kitchen Dining Room, both Bedrooms have Carpet in good condition. main bedroom is average size, 2nd bedroom is very small, large dining room, large living room, 1 full bathroom with clawfoot tub with shower. **** 2nd bedroom is very, very small- but great for spare room, child's room or office space **** Great closet space. Both a front and back secure entrance to building Large yard space on both North and South sides of the buildings, and large Patio on North side. There are 5 total units in the building. Free laundry machines in the basement. Secure Large Storage Unit in basement is also included with each apartment! This unit is non-smoking, but we permit smoking outside if cigarette butts are contained. The unit coming open is on the 2nd floor. Building has newer siding and gutters. ***pictures in this post are of similar unit, must view unit in person to apply*** Like many Sherman Hill apartments, there is no central air-conditioning, but Window A/C units may be used and we often have them available (already installed in this unit right now) Dogs welcome with property manager approval- must be house trained, not aggressive, and owner must pick up after their pet. Cats will also be considered. There is a non-refundable pet charge ($350) depending on breed, age, etc, or resident may opt for $30/mo pet rent per pet instead of pet charge.
