Indulge in long walks (five miles) on Sugar Beach, relax and nap on the lawn, or cool off in the pool. Take your pick. Gathering with other guests for evening sunset cocktails prior to preparing and enjoying their evening meals under the stars is a popular activity at Nani Kai Hale. Guests enjoy this quiet comfort away from the busy commercial town activity, yet benefit from the close proximity of shopping and central location for all Maui vacation activities. Sugar Beach is a sheltered bay; Go for long walks on the sandy Sugar Beach; Dine or shop in Kihei, Wailea, and Lahaina, explore Haleakala volcano or golf at world class courses all within a few miles. Situated on Maui’s western shore, Kihei is one of the sunniest places on the island. Kihei’s hot and dry climate initially earned it the name Kama’ole, meaning “barren” in Hawaiian.
