Situated conveniently near downtown Victor, Idaho, this home offers easy access to local attractions such as the world-famous huckleberry shake at the Emporium, local breweries, and Music on Main during the summer months. The best restaurants in the valley are just a short stroll away. In winter, the home is centrally located between Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee, with a shuttle available across the street. In summer, it serves as an ideal basecamp for exploring Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. The upper unit is above the garage, while the lower unit is in a separate building next door. A third unit, occupied by a long-term tenant, is above the lower unit. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and no events, parties, or smoking/vaping are allowed on the property. An additional charge will apply if smoking or vaping occurs. Exterior lights should be turned off at night to preserve the dark skies. A maximum of four licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. Fines will apply for violations, including smoking in the house or garage, with a minimum $500 fine for such violations. Check-out procedures must be followed, and failure to comply with house rules may result in eviction without a refund.
