About This Home
Experience unforgettable glamping just 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman in this one-of-a-kind yurt perched high in the Gallatin Mountains. With breathtaking views of the valley and Bridger Mountains, you can relax on the spacious patio or explore nearby trails. Wildlife sightings are common on the 8-acre property, and adventure awaits with mountain biking and hiking trails at your doorstep. The yurt accommodates up to four people with two beds and one bathroom. The open-concept space offers two sleeping areas, a cozy living area, a kitchen and dining space, and a bathroom. The main bedroom area features a queen bed, and there is a queen mattress at the top of the loft overlooking the yurt. The full bathroom includes linens and toiletries, and a stand-up shower with hot water. The living area is equipped with a smart TV with streaming services, a wood-burning stove, a comfy couch, plush blankets, and pillows. The well-stocked kitchen includes an induction burner, microwave, Keurig with pods, and a washer/dryer. The dining table doubles as a dedicated workspace. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Free parking is available on the property, and a 4WD vehicle is recommended in the spring, fall, and winter months for best access. The base of the yurt's driveway is a popular mountain biking trail, so bring your gear and get a head start on your Leverich laps each day. Located high in the Gallatin Mountain Range on the south side of Bozeman, the yurt offers sweeping vistas of the Gallatin Valley and the distant Bridger Mountains. Downtown Bozeman is just a short 15-minute drive away, providing convenient access to amenities and attractions. Bozeman is known for world-renowned fly fishing, stunning mountains for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, and backcountry exploring. Yellowstone National Park is also nearby. Explore Bozeman’s vibrant arts and culture scene with main street festivals, farmers markets, cultural centers, museums, symphonies, theaters, and art galleries. Downtown offers cute coffee shops, great dining options, locally-owned boutiques, and cool bars. As the cabin is in a natural setting, you may encounter wildlife such as deer, rabbits, elk, mountain lions, and bears on or near the property. Do not approach or feed any animals and keep a safe distance. Secure all food and trash properly. A rental agreement is required to be signed via Truvi, and identity verification will be conducted prior to arrival. A choice between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver will be collected. The yurt offers high-speed Wi-Fi and a workspace, with the dining table doubling as a dedicated workspace.
