About This Property
This property is in the desirable Highland Square area of Akron. Highland Square is a walkable location close to local transit, restaurants, and an active night life. Close to Akron General, Summa Hospital, and 7 mins to downtown Akron. The property is a spacious newly painted 2-bedroom apartment. The unit has a cute breakfast nook area that was used by my previous tenant as a sunroom for her plants. The unit has a large walk-in closet that can be used as a small office or storage area. The property is a 3rd floor walkup unit in a triplex house. One of the tenants has lived at the property for 12 years and loves the neighborhood. Please note that this is NON-SMOKING BUILDING, smoking only outside of the building. Tenants caught smoking inside will be asked to leave. The apartment will be available for move in on October 1, 2023. Thank you for your interest. Lease is month-to-month which gives tenants flexibility that they need. Up to three cats are allowed on the property for a one time maintenance fee of $200 each cat. This is a smoke free property. Tenant is allowed to smoke in the front or back of the building and must ensure butts and ashtrays are cleaned up. There's one shared parking spot in the back of the house or tenants can park on the street in the front of the house. Tenants are paying their own lights, gas, and Internet. There is a $50 surcharge for the water bill which can be rolled into the monthly rent amount.
