There is exit to the private back yard. Second floor has 3 bedrooms with new vinyl plank flooring. Beautifully renovated full bathroom. The third floor has the 4th bedroom with new carpet. Rent $1800 Security Deposit: $1800 Tenant pays water, sewer, trash, gas, electric and renter's insurance. Tenant is responsible for mowing the grass, pulling weeds and shoveling the snow.
