The first level is the street level right on 9th street in the heart of East Village. Next to the entrance is your own personal one-car enclosed garage that also has lots of storage space for surfboards, SUPs, bikes, camping gear etc. The second level includes a lofted entertainment space with a large window looking out over downtown, a giant 85 inch TV with surround sound, a wide swinging chair by the window, an open fully-furnished kitchen and laundry room (stacked washer+dryer, and clothes hanging area) concept with breakfast bar and island, and last but not least a secret wine cellar under the staircase with a wine fridge, fully stocked wine glasses+decantur, etc. And a wireless printer for any office things you might need - good spot for storage too. The kitchen that has tons of storage compartments opens up to the back balcony that has a propane BBQ grill. The third level includes a master bedroom with a queen bed and lots of storage. It has double French doors that open out to the front balcony looking out over the downtown city skyline. Amazing place to hang out to sun bathe, read a book, get work done, or just enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. This balcony is lit with outdoor lights to create a nice place to hangout and entertain at night. There is a full bathroom with stand up shower and walkthru closet en suite to the master bedroom. The secondary bedroom is actually bigger than the master and opens up via a single door to a large back deck. The deck is set up with turf and wood panel flooring for lounging, stretching, laying out for sun, and working out. There is an outdoor Roku Tv in this back deck if you want to watch a movie outside under the city sky or use it to run a virtual workout session! Bedroom itself comes with a queen bed and lots of closet space. Your mailbox is in the central area of the complex and to access it, you’ll be provided with a security access code to enter the complex off the Main Street. Trash and recycling are located back here as well and you’ll have to dispose your own trash into the main dumpster and collecting your own mail. HOA fees are covered by me which covers general building amenities and water.
