There is no reserved or assigned parking for this home. Street parking is available on a first come basis. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for everyone, all just a few minutes from the home. Located in the heart of Uptown St. Augustine, the home is a short walk from the main street, known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, and local eateries. Head south along San Marco Ave to find innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops, and the downtown Historic District (15-minute walk). Those who appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s will want to walk through a number of small neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city, or hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum, and monument. With this centrally located home, many restaurants, shops, and attractions are just a short walk away. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. There is no underage drinking. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for parties, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering.
