The Sobo condominium complex has an ideal location, situated within an easy 5-10 minute walk to Montana State University and historic downtown Bozeman with its restaurants, shops, nightlife, and parks. The Bozeman Food Coop is a block away for easy grocery shopping. The unit is a second floor corner unit right next to the stairs for quick entry and exit. The deck has neighborhood views and the living room looks out to the Bridger Mountains. The unit includes a dedicated garage parking spot directly below unit with locked storage unit for your outdoor gear. Live by all the action while still being a short drive to the mountains, rivers and trails. The bedroom includes a queen bed with a fully customized bedroom closet. The living room has an L-shaped couch which can convert to a queen bed, a built-in desk, a 55" flat screen smart tv, and a fully equipped, open kitchen with four stools. The deck is the largest at the complex and has outdoor seating and dining for 6 people. The kitchen has dishes, silverware, and most basic items for cooking. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Garbage, water, parking, electricity and high speed internet are included in the rent. Please bring your own bedding and bath linens. Otherwise, this has everything you need for a comfortable life in the heart of Bozeman! Review from tenant: "This adorable condo is amazing! Great location. So close to the town which had pretty much anything you could think of. Great restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The unit is fully furnished with everything you need and is a quick walk to Main Street downtown. I really enjoyed the mountain views from window in the living room, the porch, the space has adequate cabinets and storage with modern fixtures. The owners were quick to respond should I need anything and offered many suggestions on things to do around Bozeman. I would hands down stay/rent here again if given the opportunity!"
