This fully-furnished, quiet 2 bd, 1.5 bath bungalow is beautifully updated with modern amenities and comforts enveloped by classic Craftsman charm. The home has something for everyone from the sunny well-appointed living room to the backyard chill/fun zone including a fire pit, picnic table, corn hole, gas BBQ grill, and cruiser bikes to explore the beautiful lake area. Our summer guests frequently comment about the charming, walkable neighborhood with close proximity to downtown and Lake Coeur d'Alene. In fact, this home is located in the middle of the Garden District recently included in the National Register of Historic Places (viewable via online search of "Idaho National Register of Historic Places"). The home has an AirBnb "Guest Favorite" rating from summer short-term rentals. The target lease term is October, 2025 thru May, 2026 (or possibly June 15th). In order to preserve this recently-remodeled jewel, pets, smoking and vaping are not permitted. In addition, large gathering/parties are not permitted. The living room has new leather furniture, built-in shelves, and large corner windows that make the space very comfortable and inviting. The living room and front bedroom have wall-mounted smart TVs with a Roku interface to accommodate your personal streaming service log in. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, new cookware, and new utensils. The kitchen offers numerous coffee setups including a Keurig machine, a French press, a pour over filter holder, a coffee grinder, and a standard drip coffee maker. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. Both beds can be inclined for reading in bed or watching TV in the front (master) bedroom. Both bedrooms have dressers, luggage racks, and bedside touch on/off lamps with two USB-A ports for charging phones and other devices. The two bedrooms are on the main floor directly across from each other. Central air conditioning and heat will keep you comfy. Portable fans are also provided. The washer/dryer and the second 1/2 bathroom (toilet and sink) are located in the well-lit basement. The basement also has a foosball table for gaming fun as well as a work desk for those needing space away from the upstairs crowd. The backyard/patio area includes a fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs, a propane BBQ, and a picnic table. Cornhole is available in the garage. Cruiser bikes with cable locks are in the garage. Always lock the bikes in public places. Guests may use the garage for parking a car and/or storing large items outside the home. The garage has TONS of space for any outdoor gear you may be toting. No pets, no smoking/vaping, no exceptions. The stated square footage includes the basement. The main floor is 1,250 sf. Owner pays for Sewer, Water, Trash, & High-Speed Internet/WiFi. Renter pays Gas & Electric.

Downtown Coeur d’Alene, frequently abbreviated “CDA,” represents the area south of Harrison Avenue and west of Interstate 90. This gorgeous area stretches south to the shores of the lake with which it shares a name, giving the entire downtown area a prominent natural atmosphere. Restaurants, breweries, bars, and stores line Sherman Avenue and culminate in the charming district that has formed near CDA City Park.
