About This Property
This completely remodeled tiny home is ideal for one adult. It is approximately 500 square feet. In the kitchen you will find newer appliances and cabinets with adequate room for a small kitchen table. The living room (which is also the bedroom) has adequate room for a small pull out couch or futon, coffee table and tv. Home has one closet, window air unit and wall heat. There is no washer/dryer hookup and no pets allowed. Also no smoking allowed inside the home. Tenant pays all utilities. Home is located on a small lot situated behind a larger home at 715 Hawkins Drive. Please drive by the home and call us if you'd like to schedule an appointment. We do run a background and reference check and there is a maximum occupancy of 2 adults. Tenant must have stable employment and adequate income. Minimum verified income required is $1600 per month.
