Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property, with a fine of $300 for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement. Unauthorized pets incur a fee of $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Check-out time is 11 am, and unapproved late check-out will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled time. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors, so please respect the quiet residential neighborhood and building.
