Owners live in the first floor unit (since 2016) and second floor unit is occupied by a couple in their early thirties (2016 - friends of owner). All young professionals who work in DT Norfolk (email for info). There is a grill on the deck that can be made accessible and firepit as well. No pets allowed (no exceptions). Outdoor security camera system (not in any inside areas). Comes with a parking space and street parking is usually easy - an additional could be rented if required. New appliances, flooring, and finishes in 2019. Owners completely remodeled entire home so everything is new. Built-in Bluetooth speaker in bathroom. Has outdoor green space. Tenant pays electric/other utilities (internet/cable), Owner pays gas/water/trash. Parking spot has beehives nearby. Can be space allotted for gardening if that interests you. In unit A/C and heat. Super close to restaurants and bars and great area for walking/running/biking. Very close to EVMS.

Ghent is a historic neighborhood near the Elizabeth River that’s known for being the oldest suburb of the city of Norfolk, with buildings dating back an entire century.
