Please note there is a rock sea wall in front of the home. The nearest sand beach will be walking distance north of the Oceanside Pier. There is a public parking lot adjacent to the home to the south. Guests may hear noise from people using the public parking lot during their stay, however, parking lot closes at 8PM nightly. This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. Pets are allowed (one dog max), no cats, with an non-refundable additional pet fee of $150. During the month of January and February San Diego occasionally will experience King Tides. During King Tides we sandbag the garage door to prevent ocean waves from entering the home. During King Tides guest may hear a sump pump alarm go off during their stay when the water vault in the driveway is filled up by an ocean wave and pumped out into the street.
