Feel at home in this newly furnished two-story townhome, perfect for small and large groups looking for a hassle-free trip to St. Louis. This property features 3 bedrooms, 6 queen beds, and two full bathrooms. Private parking is available. Its central location and close vicinity to public transportation make getting to all of St. Louis hassle-free. Located in Soulard, one of the fastest-growing and most lively areas of St. Louis. Locals are not hosted, and any bookings made by locals will be automatically canceled. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed, and if you are found to have a party or more people are in the unit than you list on your reservation, you accept full responsibility for any city fines or lawsuits resulting from your actions or your guests' actions during your reservation. Checkout is at 11 am, and for every half hour you or your group is not checked out of the unit, you will be charged $100. Check-in is at 4 PM, and you will receive instructions to check in 1 hour prior to the check-in time on the day you arrive. No smoking is allowed, and if there is a smell of any kind of smoke in the property, deodorizing fees start at $500 and will be charged back to the guest. If a noise complaint is received, the police will be called immediately. The Nest thermostats are locked so that they cannot be adjusted outside the range of 68 – 78 degrees in the Summer and 60 – 72 degrees in the Winter. There may be candles in the suite, but they are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests you indicated on your reservation, and if it is found that there are more guests than indicated on the reservation, you will lose 100% of your security deposit. Please leave the suite how you found it with all of the dishes cleaned and put back as well as trash taken out before your departure. There is great Wi-Fi on the property, but it cannot be guaranteed to be working 100% of the time. No moving furniture, even temporarily, and if furniture is moved and has to be put back in its original place, it costs $100 per piece of furniture that needs to be put back.
