A security deposit ($925) and the first month's rent are payable by cash only and due at lease signing. An electronic payment system accepting ACH or credit cards will be used for subsequent rent payments. No dogs. If you would like to complete the application right away, each adult 18 and over who would be residing in the home should bring along their driver's license/photo ID, a copy of a recent utility bill showing their name and current address, and 2 most recent pay stubs (as noted in the description, this rental requires proof of at least 3 times the monthly rent of $925 in total gross income--or $2775 total income per month across all on the lease).
