I'd definitely recommend it to students or professionals looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.
We had the opportunity to rent 1 bedroom basement at 273 Sain George St , for more than 2 years. The basement had everything we needed with its private kitchen & bathroom, including all utilities. Likewise, the neighborhood was very peaceful and beautiful with so many stores, restaurants around and most importantly, there is access to two subway stations which made our journey to commute easily. Our landlord was very attentive with our needs and everything worked in great conditions throughout our stay.
