The two bedrooms on the 2nd floor each have large walk-in closets and attached full bathrooms. The large loft bedroom on the 3rd floor has two bi-fold door closets and a 3/4 bath -- vanity, toilet & walk-in shower (no tub). Gated secure entry (must have card or remote “clicker” to enter), w/ security guard on duty Thurs, Fri & Sat nights. There are 2 assigned parking spaces -- additional open spaces available, but vehicle sticker is required for all. No pets and no smoking, please. Lease until July 31, 2025 (renewable). Deposit required: $ 620 each resident. All electric utilities and cable service to be paid directly by occupants -- need to set up your own accounts.
