PETS: 1 well-behaved dog allowed. Pet rent is a total scam, just a $300 pet deposit required. The place is surrounded by the greenery of Aviation park as well as the expansive lawns of the department of revenue and Jefferson high school. Lots of good green space to go play fetch with your dog! Condo owner absolutely must meet dog and dog must be friendly with other humans and dogs. Sorry no cats, maintenance person is severely allergic.
Requirements: First, last and $1300 damage deposit due upon signing. 1 year lease. Rent may not exceed 1/3rd of tenant’s income and proof of income must be provided. Tenant must have and provide proof of renter’s insurance, and be able to pass a background, credit, and eviction check.
