It is 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths with a very spacious yard. We are pet friendly with a small additional deposit ($200). Asking $3,750/month which includes all utilities, WiFi, and lawn service. We are open to six months, one year, anything in between or longer lease terms! The home is close to parks, Lake Travis, golf courses, and Spicewood restaurants. It is located in LTISD. 25 mins to Lakeway/Bee Cave, 45 mins to Austin, 30 mins to Marble Falls. We have thoughtfully furnished the home in an effort to make it both beautiful and functional. The primary bedroom has a king bed, bathroom, plenty of storage, a walk out to the deck, and walk in closet. We have two bedrooms upstairs and a restroom. The larger bedroom has a queen sized bed and desk (could also function as an office). The smaller bedroom has a twin sized bed and desk (could also function as an office!). The kitchen has new appliances and all the kitchen gadgets you’d need for cooking. We have speed queen washer/dryers in the laundry room.
