A half bath serves the downstairs pool area and common areas. Guests who wish to use the clubhouse amenities must register at the clubhouse and pay a $45 fee per household. Amenities include a main pool slide, lazy river, fitness center, gym, café, tiki bar, tennis court, and kids' playground. Pool and spa heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a two-day minimum, and arrangements must be made at least 48 hours in advance. There is an active towing policy in this community, and vehicles cannot be parked on the grass, blocking homes, or in non-marked areas. Please use the driveway or overflow parking spaces.
