Or two 6000 units may be better. These are the type of air conditioning that I use and my electric bill is often $70 per month or less. These units actually pay for themselves. Central A/C that pipes cool air through the attic can cause electric bills to sky rocket to over $250 / month. Heating: Tenant must supply their own electric heater units that are in good operating condition.
