Will be scheduling tours for next week. 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in Downtown Hollister on the corner of College and 7th St. We are across the street from the Sacred Heart School and Parish. The house features hardwood floors, an updated kitchen and bathrooms, front and back porches to enjoy the pleasant evenings, a rose garden and a garden to plant flowers, vegetables, etc. There are fruit trees on the property (peach, apricot) as well as an avocado tree. We have updated/energy efficient. appliances - range, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Who we are: We are a young couple that is looking to up-size our living space and start a family. This house was our first home, and we have lived here for the past 5 years. We've taken great care of the place, and have done a lot to make the house a comfortable place to live. Who you are: a responsible individual, couple or family with good credit that is looking to rent long-term, and take care of our house. Also, drug use is prohibited, and there is no smoking in the house please. We are asking for $2600.00/mo and a $2600.00 security deposit. We are okay with small pets/cats with an additional deposit. Utilities are not included. On average, we pay $120/mo for water & sewer, $100/mo for PG&E, and $25/mo for trash.
