Private driveway with room for 8 cars and overflow parking located nearby. Dog-friendly with up to five dogs allowed, additional fees apply. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional charge. Just steps from the front door, explore the scenic hiking trails of the National Park, take a 10-minute stroll to the semi-private sugar-sand beach, and enjoy a variety of local restaurants, shopping, and activities. No high school, college, after-prom party, or any other underage groups allowed. No bachelor or similar groups permitted. No illegal, dangerous, or non-family oriented activities or items are permitted. No commercial or retail entities or third-party service providers are allowed. No smoking inside or anywhere within 15 feet of any open door or window, with a $1000 fine for violations. Excessive cleaning, if required, is billed at $35 per hour. Repairs due to damages are $45 per hour. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM. Parties, events, lack of decorum, and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. Outdoor music is not permitted after 9 PM. Small, wireless Bluetooth speakers are permitted except during quiet hours. Tampering with monitoring devices is strictly prohibited and will result in a $350 fine. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, ensuring you stay connected whether for work or leisure.
