Javier Borda was born and lived in Bolivia, South America until his family moved to the United States his last year of high school. He studied mechanical engineering at Vermont Technical College and completed his degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in business administration at Colorado State University, Pueblo, Colorado. After obtaining his degree he moved back to Bolivia where he eventually became production manager for the Richline Group, a division of Berkshire Hathaway. As production manager he oversaw the work of 3,500 workers crafting beautiful handmade jewelry sold at Walmart, Kmart, Zales, Macy’s, JC Penny, Sams, Piercing Pagoda, and many more retail outlets. 18 years later Javier and his family decided to make a change of 180 degrees and returned to the United States. Here he created two real estate investment companies, one in Naples, FL and the other in Cleveland, OH. In 2012 Javier obtained his Realtor license and three years later he obtained his Broker license. With his knowledge and experience in real estate investing, Javier started working with other investors from South America, the United States and Canada helping them find great investments with high Internal Rates of Return (IRR). As a Broker/Owner of Naples Realty and Property Management, he is proud to help investors in southwest Florida. Javier is married to the beautiful Fabiola with whom he has two wonderful girls. His hobbies include reading, traveling, long walks on the beach especially at sunset, family-oriented activities, bicycling, soccer, tennis and swimming.
