He finally got the mortgage company to commit and issue the loan, and the family got to have their dream home without any compromise. Ilya's love for real estate ties to his understanding of the crucial role it plays in people's lives. Ilya studied Chemical Engineering before joining Baruch College in New York, where he studied Financial Engineering. He has also worked in Finance and service industries, experiences that gave him a deep understanding of asset value, pricing, flexibility, and excellent customer service. Outside of real estate, Ilya enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, getting fit in the gym, and hiking.
