About This Property

Fully furnished. A perfect get-a-way cabin for the Summer and Fall. Cozy home has two separate units: Downstairs (main house) is a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer. Upstairs has a separate entrance from outside of main house and is newly remodeled with a full bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom (full size bed) as well as a full-size futon in living room and small kitchen with 2-burner stove. It is set up to be your home away and comfortable for your stay at Lake Tahoe. Located close to the Pope Beach, Camp Richardson, Emerald Bay as well as minutes away from Heavenly Village and downtown and all amenities of South Lake Tahoe, the location is ideal for summer as well as winter activities. Serious inquiries only. This is a family vacation home and we care about who will be staying. Please let us know a little bit about yourself, how many people, and how long you are looking to stay. Showing is only available upon application approval. Please contact us for more photos and videos of the house. Lease term: 3 to 6 months, or longer term is negotiable. All utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, trash) and high-speed Wifi internet are included.
